Inclusive And Integrated Education - Inclusive education, aims towards promoting equal participation of all students within the conventional education system. Inclusive education primarily focuses on mainstreaming students with disabilities in the general education settings and works on the principle of integration.



Pre-vocational courses will help the students identify their interests at an early stage and be able to pursue them further when they get out of the school. For children with various disabilities, four broad areas have been identified including computer training, art and craft, safety skills and healthcare, and paper bag making. There are to be further activities within these categories that will be determined based on the response and interest expressed by the students.
The purpose of speech therapy (ST) is to Improving coordination of speech muscles through strengthening and coordination exercises , sound repetition and imitation .there are many other such goals as per need of specific child.
a)Alternative Augmentative Communication Therapy (AAC) - Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) is an umbrella term that encompasses the communication methods used to supplement or replace speech or writing for those with impairments in the production or comprehension of spoken or written language. AAC is used by those with a wide range of speech and language impairments, including congenital impairments such as cerebral palsy, intellectual impairment and autism.
b) Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT) - The Auditory Verbal approach stimulates auditory brain development and enables deaf children with hearing aids and cochlear implants to make sense of the sound relayed by their devices. As a result, children with hearing loss are better able to develop listening and spoken language skills, with the aim of giving them the same opportunities and an equal start in life as hearing children.
The purpose of Occupational Therapy (OT) is to help people increase their functional independence in daily life while preventing or minimizing disability. Parents can be given home plan where children have sensory issues for better adaptation of environment. In our Centre we have full fledged team of trained and experienced special educators, occupational therapists, speech therapists, counsellor, clinical psychologist, physical educator, art teacher and trained support staff. Support staff of the Centre is sensitized enough about the needs of our children so that they can handle them keeping their needs in mind.
Behavioral Therapy is an umbrella term for types of therapy that treat mental health disorders. This form of therapy seeks to identify and help change potentially self-destructive or unhealthy behaviors. It functions on the idea that all behaviors are learned and that unhealthy behaviors can be changed. Cognitive behaviour Therapy (CBT) - CBT is a problem-specific, goal-oriented approach that needs the individual’s active involvement to succeed. It focuses on their present-day challenges, thoughts, and behaviors. Parents who will come with behavior concerns can be guided to work upon the same.
At Sanchetna, Art & Sculpture Training empowers children with special needs to explore their creativity and enhance their motor skills. Through guided sessions, children learn various artistic techniques, fostering self-expression and boosting confidence. Our experienced instructors provide individualized support, ensuring each child’s unique abilities are nurtured. This program not only cultivates artistic talents but also contributes to emotional well-being, making art a joyful and therapeutic experience for our young learners.
Play and Drama Therapy provides a nurturing space for children to express emotions, enhance communication, and develop social skills. Through imaginative play and role-playing, children explore their feelings and experiences in a safe environment. This therapeutic approach fosters creativity, builds confidence, and promotes emotional well-being.
